A very productive meeting. Attended by the Ramblers Association, Rights of Way Sheffield City Council, Sustrans, Oughtibridge WAC, Planning Officer.
The meeting explored every one's positions and options going forward to secure a right of way in the area. Legal issues are preventing us progressing and having unanimous support for a way forward. We will try all measures to compel Network Rail to participate.
Funding opportunities were discussed. The possibility of a new access into the woods is getting closer.
